Which areas do you cover for doorstep pickup?
All of Kathmandu Valley — Kathmandu, Lalitpur (Patan) and Bhaktapur, including surrounding suburbs.
How and when do I get paid?
Right after weighing, on the spot. Choose cash, eSewa, Khalti or Fonepay.
Are your rates fixed or negotiable?
The rate card shows today's benchmark prices. For bulk or commercial loads over 300 kg we quote a better negotiated rate.
Is there a minimum quantity?
No fixed minimum for household pickups. For very small loads we may club your pickup with others nearby on the same day.
What are your pickup hours?
7 AM – 6 PM, every day, including public holidays.
Why share my GPS location?
It's optional. Tapping “Attach my location” on the booking form adds a Google Maps pin to your WhatsApp message so the driver finds you faster. We never track you afterwards.
Do you buy old laptops, phones and batteries?
Yes — laptops, mobile phones, circuit boards, UPS and inverter batteries and most household electronics.
