What we collect
When you book a pickup or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, city, address or landmark, the materials you want to sell and — only if you tap “Use my location” — your GPS coordinates.
How we use it
Only to schedule and route your pickup, record weighing and payment, and reply to you. We never sell or share your details with advertisers.
Bookings are sent to our dispatcher through WhatsApp, which you open yourself. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.
Location
Location is requested once, when you ask for it, and added to your booking message as a map link. We do not track your location afterwards.
Cookies
We store only small preferences in your browser — your light/dark theme and whether you closed the announcement bar. No advertising or tracking cookies.
